Are you confident on the phone, commercially minded, and motivated by results? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our Retail (Codeweavers) sales team, where you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and outbound sales activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Making outbound calls (cold, warm, and targeted) to generate new sales opportunities
- Converting inbound leads, marketing leads and referrals into active pipeline
- Identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase account value
- Managing your own portfolio of retail customers and building strong, trusted relationships
- Supporting customer onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and early product adoption
- Keeping CRM records accurate and maintaining strong pipeline hygiene
- Working closely with onboarding, support, account management and product teams to resolve issues and drive customer success
You’ll have clear revenue accountability and the autonomy to manage your activity, pipeline and performance.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a customer‑facing, sales or support role
- Confidence making outbound sales calls and handling objections
- Strong communication skills and a positive, resilient mindset
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach to hitting targets
- Experience with CRM systems, or in sectors such as SaaS, digital, finance or automotive, is desirable but not essential.
