🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

As an Asset Management Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT assets—from laptops and mobiles to software and peripherals. You’ll:

  • Manage asset requests for new starters, movers, and leavers
  • Track, allocate, recover, and refresh IT equipment across multiple locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance
  • Raise and manage purchase orders for IT assets
  • Liaise with third‑party logistics and support partners
  • Audit asset data and produce reports on usage, refresh cycles, and recoveries
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding
  • Educate stakeholders on asset processes and policies
