We’re now looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Leeds. If you’re organised, detail‑oriented, and passionate about operational excellence, this is your chance to play a key role in managing the lifecycle of IT assets that keep our people connected and productive.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
As an Asset Management Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT assets—from laptops and mobiles to software and peripherals. You’ll:
- Manage asset requests for new starters, movers, and leavers
- Track, allocate, recover, and refresh IT equipment across multiple locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance
- Raise and manage purchase orders for IT assets
- Liaise with third‑party logistics and support partners
- Audit asset data and produce reports on usage, refresh cycles, and recoveries
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding
- Educate stakeholders on asset processes and policies

- An experienced IT Asset Manager or Support Analyst with hands‑on lifecycle management experience
