Cowshed is a premium, fragrance-led bath and body beauty brand founded in 1998 by Soho House. Following its acquisition by Matrix, Cowshed is entering a defining new chapter. We’re hiring a Social Media & Influencer Manager to build and own how Cowshed shows up across social and creator channels at this pivotal moment. This role sits within Brand and leads the strategy and execution of the social and influencer function, from creator relationships and content, to community and cultural relevance. You will partner with DTC to amplify strong brand-led work through paid, but the centre of gravity is brand, taste, and content.
What you’ll do:
- You will define and build Cowshed’s social and influencer presence from the ground up.
- Owning their organic social strategy and output across key platforms.
- Building a clear, long-term creator strategy (nano to ambassador level).
- Establishing always-on seeding and genuine creator relationships.
- Creating and directing content that reflects a premium, consistent brand world.
- Leading social-first brand moments, events, and activations.
- Ensuring creator content is strong enough to scale into paid amplification.
This is a hands-on role, particularly early on, but not purely executional. You should be as comfortable shaping direction as you are creating yourself, and able to scale output through collaborators over time.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in social and/or influencer marketing with true ownership.
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands.
- Exceptional taste and instinct for what premium looks like on social.
- Strong content capability (filming, editing, directing).
- Proven ability to build meaningful creator relationships.
- Clear understanding of how brand-led content translates into growth.
- High ownership, strong judgement, and comfort in a lean environment.
Bonus:
- Personal experience as a content creator.
- Existing network in beauty, lifestyle, or hospitality.
What success looks like:
Cowshed shows up on social with clarity, consistency, and confidence. You’ve built a strong creator network, elevated the quality of content, and created a social presence that feels culturally relevant while unmistakably premium – fueling both brand equity and commercial growth.
What we offer:
- The opportunity to build and own an entire function at a pivotal moment in a beloved British brand’s story.
- A close-knit, ambitious team with real autonomy and accountability.
- Genuine career progression as the brand scales and the team grows.
- Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
Logistics:
Tottenham Court Road office – 2 days a week on site.
Benefits include:
- Private health cover including optical and dental with Aviva.
- 2.5 charity volunteering days.
- 2 weeks work-from-anywhere.
- Birthday day off.
- EAP and Myndup mental wellbeing support.
- Anniversary incentives, with milestone rewards to celebrate your time with us.
