The Opportunity: We’re looking for a commercially sharp and highly organised National Account Manager, Premium Retail to join our growing B2B team. You’ll co-own the day-to-day commercial performance of key premium retail partners including joint ownership of the John Lewis relationship, while managing a wider portfolio of wholesale, amenity and retail accounts. This is a high-impact role for a proven account manager ready to step into a fast-moving, premium brand environment with clear progression toward Senior National Account Manager as the team scales.

  • Delivering strong revenue growth and margin discipline across your account base
  • Executing seasonal launches and refreshed assortments to a high standard
  • Improving forecast accuracy, demand visibility and trading rhythm
  • Elevating in-store brand presence across premium retail partners
  • Progressing toward Senior NAM level as part of a scaling B2B function

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Account Ownership & Growth: Acting as day-to-day commercial lead across a portfolio of premium retail and wholesale partners, co-owning and supporting the John Lewis relationship, building trusted buyer relationships to unlock long-term growth, identifying upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities aligned to our premium positioning.
  • Commercial Performance & Forecasting: Owning sales forecasting, demand planning inputs and performance tracking, delivering accurate sell-in/sell-out reporting with accountability for stock risk, supporting Joint Business Plans (JBPs), commercial proposals and negotiations, managing promotional planning, pricing administration and trading terms, tracking contribution and margin to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Retail Execution & Brand Elevation: Coordinating seasonal sell-in documents and launch rollouts, partnering with Marketing and Retail to deliver excellent trade activation, ensuring premium brand standards and visibility across retail environments, supporting full 360° activation of new product launches.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Working closely with Supply Chain, Brand, Product and Finance to ensure seamless execution, maintaining strong internal communication rhythms, ensuring pricing, promotions and account documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Market Awareness: Staying on top of competitor activity and retail trends, bringing insight and ideas to support our premiumisation strategy.

About You: You’re commercially minded, detail-oriented and relationship-driven. You’re comfortable balancing pace with precision, and you thrive in growing, ambitious brand environments. You’ll likely bring: 3–5 years’ experience in an Account Manager or National Account Executive role, experience within beauty, wellness, lifestyle or premium FMCG (preferred), strong understanding of wholesale trading rhythms and retail sell-in cycles, confidence in forecasting, reporting and demand planning, excellent organisation across multiple workstreams, strong stakeholder communication skills, a proactive, collaborative mindset, comfort using AI tools to improve reporting and efficiency, a passion for premium beauty, fragrance and wellness is a plus.
