Cowshed Collective has been created for the culturally connected world - we’re spearheading the evolution of entertainment, by challenging traditional norms through new content experiences. Changing the way brands, creators and media owners view and value entertainment on social.

The role involves running and growing our YouTube channels, as well as helping to distribute both original and third-party content across all major social platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives on YouTube and cares deeply about performance. You will be expected to think like a creator and act like an operator: fast, organised, and obsessed with what works.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own day-to-day management of multiple YouTube channels
  • Clip long-form content into high-performing shorts and social edits
  • Use Premiere Pro and AI tools to speed up editing and clipping
  • Package content properly with strong titles and thumbnails
  • Schedule content across YouTube and other social platforms
  • Distribute third-party content alongside original IP
  • Track performance and spot trends early
  • Run A/B tests on titles and thumbnails
  • Use analytics to inform decisions and improve output
  • Work closely with producers, editors, and channel leads
What we’re looking for:
  • YouTube obsessed. You follow creators, formats, thumbnails, titles, trends
  • Strong understanding of what makes content click
  • Comfortable using AI tools for clipping and optimisation
  • Loves analytics and performance data
  • Understands YouTube Studio inside out
  • Organised and reliable with scheduling and delivery
  • Curious. Always testing and learning
  • Bonus if you’ve managed channels or pages before
  • Previous experience managing social media accounts for entertainment-focused brands
  • Experience with content creation and storytelling for digital platforms
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to track and analyse social media performance metrics
  • Basic knowledge of how to use filming equipment in a studio setting
