Job Description:
As a Senior Producer, you will take a leadership role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of video content projects, from initial brief to final delivery as well as manage and supervise a team of in-house junior producers. You will work closely with the production, creative and client services teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard, while meeting client expectations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, production, and delivery of complex social content projects, including video, photo, and animation.
- Lead project briefings, budget planning, and scheduling, ensuring all elements are meticulously planned and executed.
- Supervise the Production team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external production partners, including freelance directors, photographers and crew
- Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations and are produced to a high standard.
- Collaborate with the creative team throughout all stages of development and production to ensure projects are executed in line with the creative brief and within budget and they conform with all production protocols.
- Liaise with the in-house Head of Post-Production to ensure the appropriate resources and scheduling are in place and quality and consistency is achieved.
- Collaborate with the client services team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects to clients.
- Manage and optimise the production budget, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Line manage, mentor and develop junior producers, supporting their growth and progression within their roles and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in production processes and workflows.
- Provide strategic input on project pitches and proposals, leveraging your extensive industry knowledge and experience.
