As a Senior Behavioural Designer, you will lead the application of behavioural design across client projects, translating behavioural science into impactful, real‑world interventions. You will be responsible for consistently delivering high‑quality design solutions across a variety of touchpoints, while also pushing the boundaries of how behavioural design is applied. This includes developing new approaches, contributing to frameworks, and elevating the design capability of the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality of Thinking & Output
- Take ownership of the timely delivery of high‑quality behavioural design work across projects.
- Lead on key sections or entire deliverables, ensuring outputs are both conceptually strong and commercially effective.
- Translate behavioural insights into clear, compelling, and well‑crafted design solutions.
- Behavioural Design Expertise
- Apply behavioural science principles to design across multiple touchpoints, including communications, UX, physical environments, and service experiences.
- Develop new ways of applying behavioural design within client work, pushing beyond standard approaches.
