Skilled Groundworker / Civil Engineering Labourer
Join Cowran Estate Services on varied civil and environmental projects across South Cumbria and the North West, including coastal protection, concrete works, deep drainage and large-area fencing. This is hands-on, physically demanding site work. You will work safely and productively with a crew, spend long days on hand tools and take pride in the finish. Our base is near Ulverston; you can live anywhere in South Cumbria if you can reach the agreed site or meeting point. Pay is approximately £13.50–£18 per hour as an employee, depending on proven skills, experience, licence and tickets. The actual rate and working pattern will be discussed before an offer.
