Working Team Leader - Civil Engineering / Groundworks
Salary: Rate agreed according to proven leadership experience and relevant tickets. Highly capable senior team leaders may reach approximately £23–£24 per hour.
Cowran Estate Services is seeking two or three experienced working team leaders for varied civil and environmental projects across the North West, including coastal protection, concrete works, drainage and large-area fencing. You will lead from the workface: manage the people in your team, take responsibility for job materials and tools, work from drawings and methodology, follow RAMS and deliver safely and productively. Communicate clearly with the senior contractor and client and spot problems early. Our team base is near Ulverston; you may live across South Cumbria if you can reach the agreed site or meeting point. A highly capable senior leader with relevant experience and tickets may earn approximately £23–£24 per hour; the actual rate is agreed with the individual.
