Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for controlling costs and driving revenue according to budgeted targets. You\\\’ll monitor and develop service and operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience. This will include managing and leading the team, continuously improving service & operational systems, and ensuring environment is consistent with a 5-star establishment. All to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience
- You\\\’ll be responsible for upholding the culinary and service philosophy of the restaurants
- You\\\’ll be responsible for ensuring all SOPs are accurate and up to date.
- You\\\’ll be responsible for the effective and efficient recruitment of staff
- You\\\’ll be responsible for motivating the team and instilling a culture of passion, creativity, and curiosity. You will ensure the team are engaged and will look out for individual development opportunities to maintain growth in the department.
- You\\\’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests\\\’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager within a 5 star luxury property or fine dining restaurant
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language
