What you’ll do:
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues and our guests. You will be responsible for guiding, training and developing the Waiters and Head Waiters during their day. This will include getting ready with the briefings, leading a section and taking orders, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. You’ll be confident in duties such as opening/closing the restaurant, cashing up, reporting and supporting the Restaurant Manager with some administration tasks from time to time. You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day.
