What you will do:
You will love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues and our guests. You will be responsible for monitoring The Barn's sales, service and operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience during their day. This will include leading and motivating The Barn team, continually improving service and ensuring the menu and environment are consistent with a 5-star establishment in order to meet and exceed guest expectations and maximise business growth. You will also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day.

Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager within a fine dining restaurant is essential. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 5-star luxury environment in Food & Beverage.
