What you’ll do: As an In-Room Dining Waiter, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests. You will be responsible for delivering 5-star service, taking pride in everything you are doing while looking after all of our guests' needs. An important part of this is to get to know and most importantly to understand our new guests as well as our regular guests. All this is to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. Sometimes our guests have special requests involving purchasing specific food or beverage items, serving off menu requests, pre-ordering meals or placing additional fridges in the rooms. Most of these requests are fulfilled by the In-Room Dining Waiters with the support of the management team. The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of an In-Room Dining Waiter, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel. The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change.

What you’ll bring:

  • Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in room service, luxury restaurant, or hospitality guest service.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a passion for presentation and personalisation.
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • High standard of personal grooming and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English, with confident and courteous communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, particularly within a five-star or boutique hotel setting.
  • Familiarity with luxury guest expectations and the discretion required for high-profile clientele.
  • Understanding of dietary requirements, menu items, and how to make recommendations or adjustments to suit guest needs.
