What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for greeting guests as they arrive in our Drawing Room, to ensure they receive nothing but the best experience.
- Our Host starts the service journey for all our guests, providing an effortlessly warm welcome to our restaurant, as well as coordinating and supporting reservations in the pre-arrival stage to ensure the utmost luxury experience.
- Our values of Personality, Passion, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. The purpose of the F&B Supervisor/Host is to live their behaviours to continue to create our legacy.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our F&B Supervisor/Host must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
- You will assist the team with the set up and service as required.
