What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: You will be responsible for welcoming guests in a professional, courteous manner to ensure guests are immediately settled into a warm, hospitable atmosphere so they feel at home and to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. Some of your duties will include handling luggage delivery and collection. As our Guest Services Assistant, you will provide all passers-by and visitors with a positive first impression of the hotel. You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and challenges that may arise during the day.
