You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: You will be responsible for influencing our employee journey from the very beginning, working closely with our whole People & Culture team to deliver spectacular training and development, to ensure our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience. You will be working closely with our work experience and apprenticeship programmes, and supporting the development of each and every one of our employees. You’ll also support the Director of People & Culture with all HR Generalist administration duties and will create and deliver presentations.

As a Learning & Development Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy. Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly.
