What you’ll do:
A day in the life of our Events Operations Assistant Manager demands high levels of energy, consistency and creativity. Our Events Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Events Operations Manager in leading and coaching their team to provide service excellence across the 240 acres of parkland, providing luxury food and beverage service to all our guests, whether they are dining in their room, part of a social or corporate event or enjoying a picnic on property. They are responsible for assisting the Events Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth running of both departments throughout the day to deliver the best guest experience.

Our Events Operations Assistant Manager is entrusted with coordinating and planning for all of the guest’s stay, through research and communication with all departments to create a memorable stay. Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Events Operations Assistant Manager must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
As a senior member of the Events team, our Events Operations Assistant Manager will be responsible for staff welfare and morale, as well as conducting annual performance reviews and training for the team.

Previous experience in a luxury 5* hotel, strong communication skills, excellent written and spoken English, as well as good IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office.
