The role
This is a permanent role ideally working 8:30 to 4:30pm Monday to Friday during term-time and four weeks during the school holiday. There is some flexibility on working hours and the hours will be more flexible during the school holiday period. The four weeks to be worked during the school holidays would be agreed with the Line Manager and would be one week during each of the Christmas and Easter holidays and two weeks during the Summer holidays.
This role within Coworth Flexlands School will assist and advise the Headteacher and Business Manager on all aspects of administration for the school. They will provide leadership and vision to the School Office supporting parents, staff, pupils and the wider community.
