World Wide Sires is the exclusive dealer for CowManager in the UK. We are recruiting for a sales representative to join our team and drive sales of this exciting product across GB & NI.
Area: North West England and South West Scotland
CowManager is a leading and innovative family business located in Harmelen, The Netherlands. With our ear sensor technology, we help farmers worldwide to increase the productivity and profitability of their dairy farms. The health of the cows improves and the farmer is unburdened. The job involves taking the initiative and building on the existing success of CowManager's growth across the UK. Working alongside the World Wide Sires Genetic Consultant team & Reproductive Solutions team, your key goals will be to increase the sales of CowManager Systems & provide training/technical backup to new customers. The position will be home based. It is important for your success that you understand the UK dairy market. You will be intensively trained for all technical aspects of the role by a team of experienced and committed CowManager experts in the Netherlands.
We understand the challenges farmers face; we were in the middle of it ourselves. Our CowManager HQ is based on a Dutch dairy farm. After four generations of farmers, we discovered that our work could and should be easier. We invented the first ear sensor for cows. Since then we have been at the forefront, worldwide. CowManager is used daily by farmers in more than 40 countries to boost their business and monitor the welfare of their herd.

Education: preferably 3rd level qualification in agricultural or commercial field; At least 2 years of dairy industry experience and customer facing sales experience; You are comfortable spending 70% of your time 'on the road' in a customer facing role.
