Located in the Cotswold, Cowley Manor is one of the most famous buildings in the country. The luxury boutique hotel is composed of 31 rooms, a bar and a restaurant along with an incredible terrace, fantastic grounds and a stunning C-Side Spa.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be present throughout service ensuring the smooth running of all operations.
- Assist in setting and maintaining the company standards for the restaurant service and food quality.
- Greet and interact with guests.
- Ensure that the client is seated, provided with a menu, and thoroughly taken care of from that point forward.
- Present and explain the menu to guests.
- Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs and make recommendations.
- Be familiar with the food menu to make sure to deliver the best recommendations.
- Take and serve food and drinks orders.
- Deliver bills and charge guests.
- Set up the table and ensure the good overall presentation of the restaurant.
- Apply all food and beverage safety and quality regulations.
- Comply with all reasonable direction and/or requests from the Management Team.

- Experience in a similar role within a comparable venue.
- Have an appetite for teamwork.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Be well spoken with excellent communication skills.
