You will also hold the following qualifications:

  • Full driving licence
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the commercial property sector is essential.

The skills required:

  • Good communication (written and verbal)
  • Organised, planning and multi-tasking
  • Interpersonal skills – maintaining and developing relationships with clients
  • Proficient use of IT equipment and software packages (i.e. MS Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for clients and tenants in relation to day-to-day commercial property management
  • Providing management services across a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties
  • Support the Client Finance team with utilities, service charges, invoicing, and billing
  • Increase the value of client’s assets through efficient property management and providing professional advice
  • Support the business through involvement in internal operations e.g., process improvement, office management etc.
