You will play a key role in communicating the programme’s purpose and ensuring that every visit experience reflects our core principles of Community, Carbon, Construction and Culture.
Furthermore, you will:
- Plan and coordinate project visits, including scheduling site tours to construction sites, project offices, and visitor centres, managing visit requests and required approvals.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and site teams to confirm logistics and develop tailored visit itineraries for audiences such as civil servants, elected representatives, community groups, schools, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Host and deliver visits, ensuring visitors are welcomed, supported, and provided with clear information about the project, its progress, and benefits.
- Support presentations, briefings, and site tours, collaborating closely with senior leaders and technical specialists while ensuring compliance with health, safety, wellbeing, and security requirements.
- Support stakeholder engagement objectives by working with External Affairs and Communities teams to improve relationships, enhance project reputation and facilitate educational and skills outreach visits.
- Maintain visit records and reporting, including attendance, feedback, and actions, while logging stakeholder interactions in the project CRM system and tracking programme performance.

- Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
