Are you experienced at administering ProjectWise and its application in the delivery of large-scale UK infrastructure projects? Then this could be the next adventure in your career.
COWI are seeking an experienced ProjectWise Administrator to join our team. You can be based in any of the UK or Ireland Offices (Glasgow, York, Derby, Bristol, London or Dublin). You'll be providing advice and support to internal and external supply chain/stakeholders and enforce consistent and compliant use of the ProjectWise Common Data Environment (CDE). Developing, updating or maintaining interfaces between project, client and 3rd party systems.
Other responsibilities also include:
- Day to day support on active projects
- Support training requirements on projects, internally, with clients and 3rd parties, and provide written guidance as appropriate
- Execute project mobilisation activities to ensure testing of systems and identified interoperability issues are resolved
- Collaborate with Information Management, Compliance and Document Control teams to ensure best practice is maintained
- Support the Information Management and Information Technology teams in delivering system related improvement projects as required
- Test, implement and support project upgrades and developments
- Manage and support data migrations to client systems (DM or Sync)
- Develop and execute routine reports to monitor data on project activity
- Draft, review and/or approve documents detailing system processes and guidelines
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of the ProjectWise Common Data Environment system
- Ensuring the project/divisional CDEs adhere to client's requirements in line with the principles of ISO 19650

Previous experience of using ProjectWise Administrator for configuration of and software application support, on projects.
Previous experience of using ProjectWise Workflow Rules Engine.
Ability to develop and use PowerShell scripts as required.
Understanding of SQL.
Experience of CAD software applications and tools.
