COWI is seeking a Creative Design and Brand Lead in the UK to protect and grow the brand, deliver high‑quality visual content, and drive design excellence across programmes. You will collaborate with internal teams, senior leaders, delivery partners and external stakeholders to communicate purpose and support business objectives.
You will mentor a Junior Creative & Brand Designer, manage end‑to‑end design requests, create branded templates and maintain brand assets and guidelines.
