We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to provide technical expertise on offshore wind foundation design projects. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure timely delivery, technical compliance, client satisfaction, and budget adherence, while developing strong client and stakeholder relationships and guiding the project team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering activities focusing on FEED and detailed design of offshore wind foundations.
- Support technical inputs for tenders for prospective projects.
- Provide technical leadership in risk management, quality assurance, document control, and cost control.
- Handle technical queries and lead project teams in technical execution.
- Manage stakeholders, suppliers, and partners effectively.
- Lead discipline leads and design teams, ensuring state-of-the-art solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop cohesive, multi-location project teams.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with COWI\’s global best practices.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a related engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience in offshore wind foundation projects.
- Knowledge of design for various foundation types and safety/environmental requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
