The role
- You’ll be responsible for the production and coordination of high-quality 3D models and 2D drawings, supporting multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle.

- Ensure deliverables are aligned to the project programme and budget expectations.
- Support effective project set-up, including workflows, standards, and information structures.
- Maintain organised project data within agreed Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members where required, supporting their ongoing development.
- Contribute to the development of discipline standards, tools and best practice.
- Maintain a positive, proactive approach to checking, with a clear focus on quality and delivery.

Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
On top of that, you’ll have:
- Strong experience delivering 3D modelling and 2D drawing outputs on UK infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience within one or more of the following sectors: Transmission & Distribution / Energy, Water / Wastewater infrastructure.
- An HNC or higher qualification in Civil Engineering (or related discipline), ideally with professional registration at Eng Tech level (MICE or TMIET), or working towards this.
- Consideration will also be given to strong candidates with an ONC or equivalent experience, supported by demonstrable technical capability.
- A solid understanding of digital delivery workflows, coordination and model integration.
- Experience working within a Common Data Environment (e.g. ProjectWise, ACC or similar).
- Experience delivering projects aligned to ISO 19650 principles.
- Strong technical experience in at least one 3D modelling platform, with the ability to work across 2D and 3D environments.
- Familiarity with a range of industry tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Tekla, OpenBuildings, MicroStation, Navisworks or similar.
- Ability to plan and manage your own work, and support others where required.
