We’re looking for a commercially driven Executive to play a key role in our expanding Corporate Finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Working with senior colleagues to lead and manage corporate finance transactions from inception to completion
- Build strong relationships with clients and advisors
- Working predominantly on sell side transactions, with private equity exposure
- Contribute to pitch meetings and support the team’s ongoing growth
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate Finance
- Supporting Partners and Senior Managers on project delivery
- Manage research and analyse transactions and sector analysis
- Prepare financial valuation models and analysis
- Prepare information memorandums for marketing businesses
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong financial analysis and Excel skills
- Confident in presenting and articulating findings
