We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our growing team in Bolton.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the M&A Partner in leading enquiries and delivering innovative tax solutions
• Assist with tax due diligence on acquisitions and disposals, working closely with the corporate finance team
• Advise on pre-transaction structuring, demergers, restructuring, and inheritance tax (IHT) matters
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering sophisticated M&A tax advice while managing technical risk
• Ensure high-quality tax reports and documentation, with minimal input from senior leadership

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Have experience in managing complex tax projects and high-value client assignments
• Possess strong technical knowledge in M&A tax, risk management, and compliance
• Be confident in building and maintaining client relationships, including high-net-worth individuals
• Lead, motivate, and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy
