We have an exciting opening for a Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our first-class team of TAs who work with our teaching staff to raise the learning and attainment of students by providing them with assistance so that they can access the curriculum, participate in learning and reach their maximum potential. Whilst previous experience of working in a secondary school setting is advantageous, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.

The role is based on working 32 hours per week, term time plus 1 week (39 working weeks per year). You will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs, encouraging them in their learning and the acquisition of skills, helping them to grow in confidence, develop key skills, and achieve their potential. Working closely with teaching staff, you will contribute to an engaging classroom environment and be an essential part of our students’ learning journeys.
