We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to provide administrative support and a professional and efficient welcome and reception service to everyone who contacts and visits the school.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reception duties and administrative support across the college.
  • Work in a busy, fast-paced environment and be effective at multi-tasking and working under pressure.
  • Confidently work independently and use initiative during quieter times.

Hours: 15 hours per week over two days (Monday and Friday) for school term time and development days (39 working weeks per year).

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, welcoming manner.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy school office.
  • Proactive and able to work independently, with initiative when needed.
