As our Behaviour Intervention & Internal Inclusion Support, you will play a key role in promoting inclusion and supporting individual students in the development of their personal behaviour management, removing the barriers to learning and supporting improvement of good progress of individuals and/or groups of students. You will have day to day task responsibility for the direct behaviour and support of some of the College’s most vulnerable students.
Hours and location
The role is based on working 37 hours per week (Mon–Thu 8am – 4pm, Fri 8am – 3.30pm) for 39 working weeks per year - term time plus development days.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behaviour support and inclusion assistance to vulnerable students.
- Promote inclusion and support the development of personal behaviour management.
- Remove barriers to learning and support improvement of progress for individuals and/or groups of students.
- Take day-to-day responsibility for direct behaviour support as part of the College’s support for its students.
