We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to provide administrative support and a professional and efficient welcome and reception service to everyone who contacts and visits the school. The School Office can be a busy fast‑paced environment and the successful candidate will need to be effective in multi‑tasking and working under pressure, whilst also being confident in working independently and using initiative during quieter times. The role jointly encompasses reception duties and administrative support across the college. The role is based on working 15 hours per week over 2 days, Monday and Friday, for school term time and development days (39 working weeks per year).
