We have an opportunity for a highly organised, enthusiastic and committed professional to oversee and manage all of our examination processes.

The Exams Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of the school’s internal and external examination procedures and ensuring accurate and efficient processes that allow students the best opportunity to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all internal and external examination procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of exam processes in liaison with Exam Boards, students, staff and Senior Management.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism and high accuracy in all activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational abilities with keen eye for detail.
  • High level of IT proficiency.
  • Proven track record of working accurately, professionally and confidentially.
  • Experience in an exam department is an advantage but not essential.
  • Working Hours & Conditions

Average hours are 37 per week, with additional hours required during main exam season (March to end of June). Time off in lieu will be granted at other times.
