Your Role & Impact:

  • Underwriter Negotiation: Leveraging your relationships with insurers to secure the best terms and premiums for your clients.
  • Retention Excellence: Driving high renewal rates through face-to-face reviews and a "client-first" mindset.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • The Specialist: Proven experience in B2B or Commercial Insurance. (We also welcome Personal Lines professionals with 2+ years of experience looking to move into Commercial).
  • The Professional: Someone who values accuracy, compliance (FCA), and high-level client service.
  • The Local Expert: You are based in or near Poole and enjoy the collaboration of an onsite office culture.
  • The Academic: GCSE Grade C/4 in Maths & English is required; CII qualifications are a major plus.
