Hours: Mon-Fri (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) + Alternate Saturdays (8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, with time off in lieu!)

The Role (What you'll actually be doing):
Instead of being just a cog in a machine, you'll be hands-on helping our clients navigate life's big decisions. You will:
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and match them with the perfect policy.
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring all digital records and documentation are spot-on.
- Collaborate with the team to smash team goals and personal milestone targets.
- Become an industry expert by participating in interactive training and development sessions.
