COWELL RECRUITMENT are delighted to be assisting our client in their search for a talented Private Client Probate Solicitor based in Bournemouth. This is a massive opportunity to join a highly successful, well known and trusted business in Bournemouth.
You ideally will have previous experience in:
- Familiarity with contested private, probate and Trust claims
- IPFDA litigation and Court of Protection work (or committed to learn)
- Qualified or up to 2 years PQE
- Providing high quality Private Client service
- Ability to convey complex information and professional advice orally and in writing
- Managing your own caseload
- Working as part of a team
