The Role: As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be the key point of contact for a diverse portfolio of commercial lines clients—ranging from local sole traders to directors of large organizations. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients, delivering exceptional service. * Manage documentation with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy during the quoting process. * Work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to achieve business objectives and high renewal retention rates. * Process data promptly and accurately on internal systems, ensuring full compliance with FCA standards. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external insurers to meet client expectations. About You: * Background in insurance (Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, or Broking experience as an Account Handler / Broker / Executive). * A strong willingness to learn and a drive to progress your career into a full-scale Account Executive role. * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. * High attention to detail and strong administrative/data-processing capabilities. * Right to work full-time in the UK.
