- Engage with customers to assess their needs and explain complex protection products clearly.
- Work toward daily/weekly sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Manage an active pipeline of leads, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Study toward industry-recognised certifications (fully funded). What You Need:
- Strong Communication: Ability to build rapport and explain information clearly on the phone.
- Sales Drive: High resilience, target-driven attitude, and passion for earning commission.
- Vetting: Ability to pass a standard DBS & Credit Check.
- Location & RTW: Live within 30 minutes of Brighouse and hold permanent UK Right to Work. Desirable Criteria:
- Background in telesales, customer service, or account management.
- Experience negotiating and closing sales against KPI targets.
- Analytical approach to identifying client requirements.
