Due to expansion, an exciting position has become available for a Commercial Account Executive to join our friendly and professional team. Key responsibilities (but not limited to):- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients. Act as the main point of contact, addressing client inquiries, needs, and concerns promptly. Conduct regular client meetings to understand business objectives and provide value-added solutions.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base. Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research. Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing products or services. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Account Growth and Upselling: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are consistently met. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive additional revenue. Develop customized strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Strong B2B or Commercial sales experience. We will consider someone with 2 or more years personal lines or commercial insurance experience (Training can be provided for the right candidate).
- GCSE including Maths (Min 4/C).
- Previous sales experience.
- Competitive basic salary of up to £45 K (Neg / DOE).
