Key Responsibilities
- Client Support Retention: Serve as the main technical point of contact for a diverse portfolio of B2B client accounts, delivering exceptional service and advice.
- Renewals Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs): Manage the end-to-end renewal process, processing MTAs, policy amendments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
