Little Cowdray brings together the very best of the Cowdray Estate’s award-winning food offering alongside a carefully curated selection of lifestyle products, gifts and homeware. Rooted in Cowdray’s values of quality, provenance and community, our Chichester store offers a unique retail experience, combining exceptional deli produce with inspiring lifestyle collections.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Lifestyle & Farm Shop Assistant. This is a varied and engaging role, offering the opportunity to work across both the Lifestyle shop and the Farm Shop.

You Will:

  • Deliver excellent customer service across both the Lifestyle and Farm Shop areas
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation throughout
  • Assist with merchandising and maintaining beautifully presented lifestyle displays
  • Handle deliveries, restocking and general shop floor duties
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming, friendly and inspiring shopping environment

Full training will be provided, including deli counter service and product knowledge across both retail areas.

The Candidate

A genuine interest in food, lifestyle products and customer service is essential. Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred.

You Will:

  • Have a passion for quality food and beautifully curated retail products
  • Be reliable, flexible and a strong team player
