About the applicant:
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food, who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role. Responsibilities
The role includes serving customers at the butchery counter, keeping the display well‑stocked and visually appealing, and supporting the day‑to‑day running of the butchery. There is also the opportunity to learn traditional butchery skills including sausage making, mincing, bacon curing and more.
You will need to have a positive, can‑do attitude, be self‑motivated and take pride in delivering great service. Weekend work is part of the role, and we are happy to consider both full‑time and part‑time applicants. This is a permanent position – please note we are not currently looking for seasonal staff.
