What you will do:
- Maintain profitability with appropriate risk selection, analysis and service of accounts based on Cowbell Cyber UK insurance guidelines.
- Manage relationships with insurance brokers to negotiate pricing, coverages and other terms.
- Servicing of renewal business throughout the year while maintaining our customer service standards.
- Collaboration with the Business Development team to support their goals and strengthen partnerships with brokers.
- Maintain an expansive knowledge of the cyber insurance marketplace and current trends in the industry.
- Easily identify areas where our unique capabilities provide us with a competitive advantage and build out processes that support these.
- Actively participate in determining our approach to emerging threats, loss trends, marketplace changes and other trends in cyber risks.
- Partner with the Engineering and Data Science teams to continually improve our technology and deliverable to the policyholder.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for team on coverage questions.
- UK travel to promote Cowbell as and when required.
- Collaborate with a passionate team, have fun, grow, learn, and teach the company along the way.
What Cowbell needs from you:
- Must have Cyber Insurance experience with at least 5+ years of underwriting experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Technical expertise and product knowledge in Cyber and Commercial Insurance.
- Demonstrate ability to develop new renewable Cyber business profitably over a significant period of time.
- Proven ability to successfully negotiate on all levels and develop producer relationships both face to face and remotely.
- Strong track record of service orientation and teamwork.
