We’re 26 years young, we’re smart, we’re nice, and we’re one of the most decorated integrated creative agencies in London. In June we’re moving to a beautiful new office in Covent Garden.

You’ll be working across an enviable client portfolio – including two of the world’s most famous tequila brands, and some of our flagship entertainment, destination and travel accounts. In addition, there’s scope to run projects for some of the biggest FMCG brands on the planet, and get involved in new business pitches too.

Location: Central London (Covent Garden), hybrid, 4 days p/w in the office.

You’ll be leading high impact press office and blended social accounts (tequilas!), and wider brand campaigns too. It really is a mix of PR, social and influencer work, and there’ll be plenty of opportunities for strategic planning and deck writing too – for high-impact standalone campaigns, annual brand plans and new business pitches.

You’ll need to be a self-starter and a strong team leader, but you won’t be on your own – you’ll be supported by smart, hungry juniors and a solicitous and collaborative management team. Across your accounts you’ll work closely with COW’s revered creative and studio teams, and day-to-day you’ll be driving campaigns and evergreen work forward, giving razor sharp client counsel, steering talented teams and managing budgets.

  • Big brand experience with FMCG / alcoholic drinks / entertainment clients
  • Solid experience creating and executing creative brand plans
  • Super strong writing and presenting skills
  • Strong business acumen, budget management and resourcing experience

There are great opportunities for growth, to learn from a talented team, and you'll be able to help shape the agency moving forward.
