Your Mission
We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst who loves figuring out how things work and making them work better. You’ll be the link between what clients need and what our tech team builds, turning ideas into clear actions, tracking delivery, and making sure everything connects smoothly.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who enjoys solving puzzles, collaborating across time zones, and taking projects from idea to launch.
Your Day-to-Day
💬 Turn business needs into clear, simple technical specs and user stories
🤝 Work closely with engineers, designers, and product teams to make sure everyone’s on the same page
🚀 Follow projects from start to finish: scoping & documentation, building, testing, and release
🧭 Spot blockers early, solve problems fast, and keep delivery on track
✅ Help validate releases to make sure everything works as expected
🔗 Understand how data and systems fit together across our platform
📣 Keep everyone updated with clear, friendly communication
💡 Suggest better ways to work and improve how we build things
What We’re Looking For
📆 3+ years in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, or a similar role in tech or SaaS
🎓 Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar, or solid hands-on experience
🧠 Strong technical understanding and confidence discussing APIs, data, and systems
💻 Experience delivering web or mobile products, ideally in enterprise or B2B settings
⚙️ Familiar with Agile, sprints, and tools like Jira
🗣 Great communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas simply
🪄 Organised, curious, and reliable, with strong ownership of your work across global teams and time zones
