Position Summary
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Outreach Director to serve as a strategic advisor to the Founder & CEO. This leadership role will shape and execute our outreach strategy, expand our global footprint, and cultivate high-impact partnerships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
The ideal candidate brings strategic insight, cross-cultural fluency, and a passion for public health innovation—driving engagement, visibility, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead outreach campaigns aligned with company goals and public health impact.
- Advise the CEO on strategic outreach and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expansion and collaboration.
- Manage outreach budgets and ensure cost-effective, high-impact initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, health organizations, and international partners.
- Oversee multilingual and culturally tailored communications across digital and in-person channels.
- Represent COVID LIGHTING® at conferences, forums, and strategic meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven leadership in outreach, stakeholder engagement, or public affairs.
- Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and project execution.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (French or other languages a plus).
- Experience in public health, technology, or international development preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or equivalent experience is an asset).
- Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and driving measurable impact.
