About the Role
As a Strategic Relations Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub for managing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of strategic accounts. You’ll ensure smooth communication, timely delivery of commitments, and high-quality service for our partners. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the connector between internal teams and external stakeholders, and who brings a proactive, problem-solving mindset to everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for strategic accounts, supporting partnership agreements and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and actions in CRM systems.
Coordinate operational and contractual deliverables such as reporting, samples, and pricing updates.
Collaborate across departments to meet evolving partner needs.
Draft and distribute communications and updates to partners.
Prepare performance summaries and monitor service indicators.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the team.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in customer service, sales support, or account management support (preferably in veterinary or animal health).
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
