Operations Assistant – Join Our Dynamic Warehouse Team in Dumfries! ?️

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? We\’re looking for anOperations Assistantto support our fast-paced Inbound warehouse operations. From stock replenishment and order picking to inventory control and returns, you\’ll be at the heart of keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Unpack, check and put received goods to correct warehouse locations

  • Complete stock replenishments as directed. Ensure accurate and timely stock movement reporting to maintain the highest possible levels of location accuracy

  • Undertake cyclical stock counts as directed

  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers

  • Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and housekeeping

What You’ll Bring:

  • Team spirit and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

  • Warehouse experience (preferred) and strong attention to detail

  • Basic literacy, numeracy, and good computer skills (Excel & email)

  • Willingness to work across sites and lift up to 50 lbs
