Join our Marketing Team as Product Manager - Surgical Instrumentation. This role will support the development and ongoing management of a general and orthopaedic surgical instrumentation product portfolio, under the guidance of the Marketing Director. We are searching for a candidate who has experience supporting the introduction of medical devices to market and assisting in their ongoing management.

Working across a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders and in parallel with the wider marketing function, the role will play a significant part in delivering the businesses growth aspirations, through the development of a surgical instrumentation range and a market leading proposition, which combines products technologies and services, enhancing the Vi brand and its standing within the animal health industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a comprehensive market-leading surgical instrumentation product range, in line with the global corporate strategy.
  • Manage new product introductions and market launches, delivering tangible, to-budget results.
  • Control the product assortment lifecycle from infancy to obsolescence.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for product development and support the coordination of related projects.
  • Articulate and position the Surgical Instrumentation value proposition, tailoring messaging to the relevant target audience.
  • Manage product and technical queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development of Vi's international operation by developing bespoke clinical and technical content tailored to local markets and partners.
  • Work with Vi's Advisory Board, KOL network and industry influencers creating case studies, testimonials and business cases.
  • Create engaging content for adverts, journals, publications, webinars, conferences, exhibitions and CPD events.
  • Communicate and report on trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure the Surgical Instrumentation range conforms to the relevant regulatory standards.
