We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our small and friendly IT team on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of absence within the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in IT. We are happy to consider candidates with little experience who are keen to learn, as well as more experienced support technicians. Apprenticeship applicants are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line IT support to internal and remote users
  • Log and resolve support requests via the helpdesk system
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues
  • Support PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and related equipment
  • Assist with hardware installs, cabling, and general IT maintenance
  • Liaise with third-party support providers where required
What We’re Looking For
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
